Superintendents
Vector Projects has an ongoing need for qualified, experienced construction project superintendents for various locations in B.C.  Qualified candidates will have senior levels of site management experience with commercial construction projects.  Please indicate your experience level and range of projects you have managed. 

Specifically, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• Project start up: equipment choices, site layout and site set-up.
  
• schedules, productivity innovations, site logistics.
  
• development, management and implementation of the quality control, and safety and environment programs.
  
• monitoring cost control and job costing.
  
• organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities.
  
• on-site coordination of manpower, materials and equipment.
  
• understanding contractual responsibilities, contract documents and resolving disputes.
  
• developing, monitoring and executing of the project construction plan and schedule.
  
• supervising, mentoring, coaching and training of field personnel.
  
• developing and maintaining positive client relations.
  
• project close-out, responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demobilization.
  
• liaising with building authorities and regulatory agencies.

Carpenters:
Experienced Carpenters required for Commercial Construction Projects in various B.C. locations.  Qualified candidates will have a high level of experience in Carpentry, ability to work well with others, and knowledge of commercial construction industry and finishing standards.
